Welcome to Crazy Woman Ranch

Alpacas, Ajisting and Small Livestock Equipment

Crazy Woman Ranch is a small family ranch specializing in breeding high quality fiber alpacas, ajisting and small livestock Equipment.  We are located in the beautiful town of Auburn in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California.

Our female foundation herd of Alpacas was purchased in May of 2007.  Our lovely herd of Huacaya Alpacas have all been bred to top herdsires.  We look forward to expanding our herd and breeding high quality alpacas for years to come.

If your alpacas need ajisiting either for the breeding season or other circumstances, please call us about our ajisting options.  Our ranch has been carefully designed to be animal and user friendly and safe.  We are a eco-friendly ranch utilizing solar power for all our energy needs.  We treat our ajisted animals with the same care and attention as we give our own herd.

We are also a California and Oregon distributor for Management Services of America (MSA).  MSA is the leading provider of high quality, lightweight livestock equipment.  MSA's equipment includes chutes, feeders, panels, gates, fiber tumblers and shearing tables.   MSA's equipment is specifically designed for smaller livestock such as alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep and miniature horses.  We keep inventory on hand, so if you want to save shipping charges you can pick up the equipment directly from us or we can work out a delivery option.  We also have a vendor booth at many of the alpaca shows in Northern California and Oregon, so contact us to see if we will be in your area and we can deliver - again saving you the cost of shipping.

Crazy Woman Ranch welcomes visitors to come see and learn more about alpaca ranching, ajisting and MSA's products.
